He chooses pork ribs over beef ribs.  Pork holds more flavor, super juicy and tender.  Trust me.  The family decided! Make sure to have apple juice, a spray bottle, bbq season rubbed (you can make your own or get one from Costco). BBQ Out Platter and Then Some
