BBQ Preparation for the Average Grillmaster

Let's face it ... BBQ-ing is an art.  Simple and tasty.  You can't BBQ just for 1.  You need to BBQ for a whole bunch of you!  It's food that needs to be shared.  Food that needs a little preparation.  Food that deserves thinking about the meal and the menu at least a couple of days in advance.  Why?  Here's why. Our entire story is about repurposing and upcycling.  When we first started our business, it wasn't the story at all.  It was about entrepreneurship.  Don't get us wrong, we still want to create a successful business as this is what feeds our family and pay our mortgage.  But starting any business is always hard to find your identity at the beginning.  It's just about making money and how to do that.
